Need to know rules about UBD Table Tennis Team Championship

Important Rules To Remember: Rules are ITTF (International Table Tennis Federation)



1) In a team competition, a one minute "TIME-OUT" can be called once every game.



2) Illegal coaching is not allowed.

- You are not to coach your team mate when a game is being played. (You will be asked to leave the hall if you coach illegally repeatedly)

- The only time you may coach your team mates are when a "TIME-OUT" is called or during the one minute break interval in between sets. 

- Only players from the same team are allowed to coach their team mates.



3) The SERVICE RULE WILL BE RELAXED.

- You are not required when you serve, to hold the ball in the center of your open palm and to lob the ball 16 centimeter near vertically. 

- Although you are still not allowed to hide your serve from your opponent. Either by using your body or shoulder or arms. You must let your opponent see you serve.

The Players listed below are not allowed to partner each other for the upcoming UBD team championship.

Wahab (Staff)

Entry will be rejected if 2 or 3 of the players listed above are on the same team.
