Details needed to be included in the e-mail:

Unisex Team Event (2-3 person)

1. Name of Team

2. Details of Team Manager (Name, E-mail, Mobile Number)

3. Name of team members and respective registration numbers.



Single Event

1. Details of player (Name, Registration Number, Gender, Contact Number)

2. Participating Event ( Specify Unisex Singles or Woman Singles or both)

and lastly

Total amount of registration fee, and when do you wish to pay (during tournament or ECA session).

The draw will be made on 16 March 2011 6pm with all UBDPPC committee members present.

Result of Draw as well as detailed tournament schedule are final and will be made available here(ubdppc blog) by 17th March 2011 6pm!

Rules:

1. International Table Tennis Federation (ITTF)

2. Service will be relaxed but hidden serves are not allowed.

3. Audiences must remain quiet when a point is being played during a game

4. Audiences must not harass the competitors during a game

5. You would be asked to leave the hall if the two rules above persist. 



Format of the competition

Unisex Team Event:

Refer to an event whereby players can choose to form a team of all males players, all female players or mixture of both male and female.

1. Min 2 players and Max 3 players

2. 1st Stage( Round Robin/Group Stage)

3. 2nd Stage (Knock-out)

4. Matches are based on best of 3 games- Single, Double, Single

5. Games are based on best of 3 sets for the first stage, and early second stage. Only best of 5 sets will be played for the Championship Stage Final.

Single Event:

*Unisex- male and female players get to compete with each other

*Woman- only female players are competing.

1. 1st Stage (Round Robin)

3. Game are based on best of 5 sets.

NOTE: Umpiring during the earlier stage will be done by the players themselves (turn taking). Umpires will be provided in the later stages of the tournament.
